School swimming
During the autumn term starting from 21.8.2024, the swimming hall will be available to schoolchildren on Tuesdays at 8 am-11.30 am, on Wednesdays at 8.30 am-1 pm. The swimming hall is closed to other customers during school swims.
Baby swimming
Starting from 17.8.2024, the swimming hall will be available for baby swimming on Mondays at 8.30 am–1 pm, on Saturdays at 9 am–12 noon and on Sundays at 9 am–1 pm. The swimming hall is closed to other customers during baby swims.

On Mondays from 6.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m., the saunas and showers in the upstairs dressing rooms are not in use.
The gym is reserved for guided exercise:

On Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00, the saunas and showers in the upstairs dressing rooms are not in use. The sauna and shower facilities are reserved for baby swimming. Gym open all day.
On Sundays from 08:00 to 13:00, the saunas and showers in the upstairs dressing rooms are not in use. The sauna and shower facilities are reserved for baby swimming. Gym open all day.
