PULSE & FIT (50 min)

An interval class that challenges the whole body, where the intense heart rate lifting and muscle conditioning sections alternate. The heart rate is increased with various basic steps, jumps and kicks, as well as movements that activate the whole body. In addition to your own body weight, the muscle fitness sections use different equipment. 

Effective steps combined with muscle conditioning exercises challenges the wholw body.
