STRENGTH (50 min)

An effective strength training class where different areas of strength are practiced with basic movements. Smartbars and weights are used in the class. The training emphasizes good movement technique and progressive development. 

Please arrive in the group exercise hall at least 5 minutes before the class starts.

Development of  basic strength and innervation according to the theme of the class.
Indoor exercise clothing and shoes, sweat towel and a water bottle.
