PARENT-CHILD (45 MIN)

A group exercise class for parents, which can be attended together with a child over 9 months old. The class focuses on the parent’s physical activity: the goal is to train muscle tone and increase heart rate. The children have a play area within sight distance with toys to keep them occupied during the class. You can also bring your own toys for your child’s entertainment.


During the class, parents can exercise in the presence of the child, without worrying about the place of care or schedules. The classes strengthen and maintain the body. When moving, you meet other mothers, fathers and children at the same time.

Exercise outfit, indoor exercise shoes, water bottle, sweat towel and toy for the child.
