An effective muscular endurance class with basic muscle conditioning exercises. During the class, the largest muscle groups of the body are trained with the help of barbells, weights and a step board. The class does not include a series of steps. The pre-choreographed program changes every three months. Please arrive in the group exercise hall five minutes before the class starts.
Some classes are held in a retro style, i.e. to the beat of old BODYPUMP® programs and hit songs.
