LES MILLS BODYPUMP® (60 MIN)

An effective muscular endurance class with basic muscle conditioning exercises. During the class, the largest muscle groups of the body are trained with the help of barbells, weights and a step board. The class does not include a series of steps. The pre-choreographed program changes every three months. Please arrive in the group exercise hall five minutes before the class starts.

Some classes are held in a retro style, i.e. to the beat of old BODYPUMP® programs and hit songs.

During the class, you will do easy-to-adopt exercises, the intensity of which can be adjusted according to your own fitness level. An hour develops muscular endurance.

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle.
