STRENGTH & BALANCE *(50/60 min)

A class aimed to maintain functional capacity, muscle tone and balance for the elderly. The class includes a calm warm-up, strength and balance exercises aimed at supporting everyday activities, and final stretching. You can start muscle strength and balance training even if you are already over 80 years old.

The goal of the class is to increase muscle strength and improve balance. The aim is to promote independent coping and improve the quality of life of those living at home.

Gym outfit and slippers. In addition, bring a sweat towel and a water bottle.
