WATER EXERCISE* (30 min)

Versatile water exercise to the beat of music. The class consists of exercises that increase heart rate, strengthen muscle tone and maintain joint range of motion, the effectiveness of which can be adjusted by changing the range and speed of motion. Water resistance and ground contact are utilised in many different ways in movements. Different equipment can be used in the lessons. Water Exercise makes it easy to start getting acquainted with water sports.  

The class develops aerobic fitness and maintains muscle function and joint range of motion. Water as an element allows you to make movements with large trajectories. Water exercise is joint-friendly.

Swimwear. Wear a swimming cap or shower cap if you don’t want to wet your hair. If you wet your hair, long hair should be tied up.
