Water resistance and pool floor contact are utilized in many different ways in movements. Different equipment can be used during the lessons.

The class consists of exercises that increase heart rate, strengthen muscle tone and challenge the whole body with the help of a water running belt, the effectiveness of which can be adjusted by changing the lever arms and speed of movement. The properties of water and aquajogging belts are utilized in many different ways in movements. Different equipment can be used during the lessons. Hydrobic in deep water is a whole-body workout for those looking for a challenge.

Water exercise is effective, but joint-friendly. The class develops both aerobic fitness and muscular endurance.

Swimwear. Wear a swimming cap or shower cap if you don’t want to wet your hair. If you wet your hair, long hair should be tied up. For deep water Hydrobic, you get a aquajogging belt at the beginning of the class.
