WATER HIIT (30 min)

A high-intensity workout in water where you can challenge yourself. The class consists of periods in which movements are performed at a high tempo for an agreed time and after that there is a small relaxing break. These are repeated a few times during the class. The movements are very clear, basic movements that are easy to do correctly even at high speeds. You really sweat and feel the burn in your muscles when you get out of the pool. Water HIIT is suitable for everyone for whom water as an element is familiar.

WATER HIIT, DEEP WATER (30 min)

The class follows the same pattern as the class done in shallow water. During the class, you move in the deep end of the pool and use a aquajogging belt. In deep water, holding your body and keeping it upright adds challenge and power to the movements. A good interval workout that improves oxygen uptake and improves speed. Training is done in high heart rate zones! Water HIIT, deep suitable for those who can swim.
