AQUAJOGGING (30 min)

During the class, you will practice the basic technique of aquajogging and different running styles using a water running belt. The training consists of technique exercises that increase the heart rate.

You will develop aerobic fitness as well as muscular endurance. The right aquajogging technique brings efficiency to your training. Aquajogging is joint-friendly.

Swimwear. Wear a swimming cap or shower cap if you don’t want to wet your hair. Long hair should be tied up.
