WATERCOMBAT™ (30 min)

An effective water exercise class inspired by martial arts. During the class, you will hit and kick in deep water with the help of a water running belt. It is possible to regulate the intensity of movements that increase heart rate, strengthen muscle tone and challenge the whole body by changing the lever arms and speed of movement.  

Effective full-body exercise develops both aerobic fitness and muscular endurance.

Swimwear. Wear a swimming cap or shower cap if you don’t want to wet your hair. If you wet your hair, long hair should be tied up. For deep water Hydrobic, you get a aquajogging belt at the beginning of the class.
