TRX & KETTLEBELL (60 min)

A full body training class with TRX band, kettlebell and body weight as resistance. Functional movements with large trajectories develop mobility and balance. 

Functional TRX and kettlebell movements put a strengthen the whole body. 

Indoor exercise clothing, training shoes, sweat towel and water bottle.

Please arrive in the hall 5 minutes before the class starts.
